THE EXISTING 1880' VICTORIAN STYLE HOME WAS RECENTLY RESTORED WITH A BLEND OF MODERN CHARACTER. THE DETACHED ACCESSORY GARAGE IS INTENDED TO EXPAND THAT BLEND OF MODERN STYLE IN AN EFFORT TO MAXIMIZE USABILITY WHILE MAINTAINING A LOW PROFILE IN AN URBAN SETTING.

Cambridge is known to have strict building constraints, non-conforming lots, and dense by-law requirements. It was beneficial to provide a road map (Feasibility Study) that determined the viability of this project which sits on a unique lot with many zoning restrictions.
